Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026.
This policy explains what CollectorLeads.com collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It describes this website only, and it describes what the site actually does rather than what a website of this kind might do.
This site is operated by Cherries & Cream Co. LLC, trading as CollectorLeads.com, in the State of New York, United States.
What we collect
There is exactly one place on this site where you can give us information: the application form. Nothing else on the site collects anything you type.
What the application form asks for
- Your name
- Your email address
- Which package you are applying for
- The state you want coverage in
- The type of buyer you are, and what you primarily buy
- Optionally, a description of your current online presence
- Optionally, how you heard about us
- Your consent to be contacted about your application
The form does not ask for a phone number, a postal address, a date of birth, or any payment information. We do not take payments on this website. There are no user accounts, no logins and no passwords, so there is nothing of that kind to collect or lose.
The form carries one hidden field that you will not see and should never fill in. It is there to catch automated spam: a person leaves it empty, and a submission that fills it is discarded. It collects nothing about you, and it is the only hidden field on the form.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses analytics to understand which pages people find useful. That collection is described in full in our Cookies Policy, and it is limited to analytics and advertising measurement. We do not build advertising audiences from visitors to this site.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your application. We review what you sent, check whether your state is available for the package you asked about, and contact you to arrange a call.
- To decide whether we can work together. The package, state and buyer-type answers are what tell us that.
- To understand how the site performs, in aggregate, through analytics.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or audience lists.
Who processes it
Five service providers handle data on our behalf. Each one is named here because it genuinely receives something. A provider we do not use is not listed.
- Our form processor, Basin. The application form submits directly to Basin, a hosted form service, which stores the submission and notifies us by email. It receives everything you type into the form.
- Our website host, Vercel. The company that serves this website receives the standard request information any web server receives, including your IP address, at the moment you load a page.
- Our analytics provider, Google Analytics 4. Receives page-view and interaction events. It does not receive anything you type into the form.
- Our tag manager, Google Tag Manager. Loads and controls the measurement tags on this site. It is the mechanism by which the analytics and advertising tags are delivered, rather than a separate collector of its own.
- Our advertising provider, Google Ads. Receives conversion events, meaning the fact that an application was submitted. It does not receive anything you type into the form.
We do not transfer your information outside the United States as a matter of course, though our providers may operate infrastructure in more than one country.
How long we keep it
- Applications we do not take forward are kept for up to two years, so that we can recognize a returning applicant and tell them what we discussed last time. Our form processor is configured to delete stored submissions on the same schedule, so the retention period is enforced by the system rather than by memory.
- Applications from people who become clients are kept for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our tax and contractual records require.
You can ask us to delete an application sooner. See below.
Your rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will do it, and we will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
If you are a California resident
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and why, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We do not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined by that law, so there is nothing for you to opt out of. We are stating it plainly here rather than offering a link that does nothing.
To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form and say what you would like us to do. We will verify that the request is really from you before acting on it, usually by replying to the email address on the application in question.
Children
This site is a business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. The application form posts directly to our form processor over an encrypted connection and its contents are not stored on this website. We do not operate a database on this site and there is no login to compromise.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who processes it, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
Contacting us
This site does not publish a phone number and does not publish a mailbox. Every request, including privacy requests, reaches us through the contact form, and we reply within one business day.
